BAWL is a support organization for writers of all genres. We hold a membership meeting monthly and host two critique group meetings. We also sponsor monthly workshops and annual conferences.

We started Write Inside the Loop because we wanted to connect with other Greater Houston Area fiction* writers.   The Houston Tidelanders Chorus is the performing chorus of the 30,000-man Barbershop Harmony Society's Houston Chapter. We are an a cappella, i.e. unaccompanied, men's singing organization comprised of quartets and our large performing chorus.
