"Meet the Authors" at Global Gallery showcases local authors with presentations and book signings. In conjunction with the Ohio Writers Guild, our first "Meet the Authors" will take place on Leap Year with presentations from Carmen Ambrosio, author of "Life Continues" and Peg Hanna, author of "While..."

This group was started because, previously, there was no local comic book group in Columbus. Our goal is to get fellow comic book fans and creators together to have fun, collaborate, and talk about their favorite books and authors. We may also arrange to go out to comic book conventions and more as they come up. Please, check us out!

Meet kindred book lovers in a local Book Club! Fiction or non-fiction, paperback or hardcover, you'll read a new book every month. Come to laugh, share stories and make new friends! We will try above all to select books that you may not otherwise be exposed to, especially classics that are good reads and of high literary quality. The goal of the group is to bring both established songwriters, hobbyists, and people who are simply interested in songwriting technique together to discuss experiences and methodology. Possible topics include song structure, music theory, lyric composition, recording, and anything else that the group can think of. It would also be great to have some people share and perform their songs either as examples, or for group input.

Global Gallery Coffee Shop is hosting a weekly foreign film night, with a different theme every month. Each movie is chosen and introduced by Global Gallery's own Samuel Tinianow, also the lead writer for local indie film company Offshoot Productions. Films are chosen for quality, length and content.  Admission is free, however if you plan to see the movie then we ask that you purchase some food or drink from the coffee shop.
