Based on Julia Cameron's book "The Artist's Way," this group helps you re/uncover your hidden creativity and help your inner artist bloom. Through readings and exercises in the book, we will work our way through a 12-step process of artistic discovery. You don't need to be a working artist to join the group, just someone who wants to develop your creative side. Our book club is different: We pick four books quarterly. Everyone nominates two books and then we vote for four books we want to read. Most picks wins. You can read any or no books. We discuss the books, the characters, the plot, our likes and dislikes and have fun doing it. What we don't do is discuss any book's ending until the end of the quarter. That way we don't ruin a book for someone. We can discuss the book somewhat as we are reading, we are careful not to divulge any plot secrets. …
