About Kitsap County Writers Group

The Kitsap County Writers Group began in May 2008. Our goal is to gather a group of creative, motivated writers who live in Kitsap County (or are willing to travel to Kitsap County), to meet on a regular basis and to hold review and advice sessions.

The group will be a source of encouragement, motivation, constructive criticism and education.

The monthly meetings are split between lessons/exercises/discussions for the first half, and then shared critiques of each other's works for the second half. Many members are just starting out as writers, so don't feel shy about joining or attending if you too are new to writing.
