The Collaborative Storytellers' Dream Team

This Meetup group is dedicated to the formation of writing teams. It is our belief that collaboration creates a culture of accountability, synergy, and teamwork.

The meetings will have several purposes:
1. We will start off each meeting briefly introducing our concept and how it works to first-time visitors.
2. Then, we will engage in collaborative design techniques. This will give visitors an opportunity to experience the process first-hand, and it will also give people an idea of whether or not they "click."
3. We will give new members an opportunity to join existing teams, or start their own teams.

Anyone is welcome to participate in the activities, whether they have any interest in committing to a team or not.

Collaborative techniques may include storyboarding, interviewing, debating, general brainstorming, prompt writing, and spoken or written critique of individual work.

We may write for various media, including but not limited to paper books, blogs, e-books, web sites, and scripts to be made it online videos among other things.

Finally, we will strive to research and test the marketability of our ideas prior to investing a lot of time in them.
