Charlotte Writer's Fiction Critique Group

The purpose of this group is to organize a fiction critique group of approximately 8 to 10 women writers of color. Women writers of color often face challenges in our work that only other writers of color can understand. If you consider yourself a women of color by virtue of experience, this group welcomes you. If you are not a woman of color, but still would like to join I welcome you. My main objective is to find writers who want to receive and give feedback of members short stories or works-in-progress. Also, looking for people who are serious about their desire to write fiction and receive and give constructive feedback. At the upcoming meeting we will discuss expectations for the group, as well as other important logistics. I have an MFA in Creative Writing-Fiction from Vermont College's low residency MFA Program. I look forward to an exciting group.
