Private Conference Room
Allentown, PA 18102

$3.00 per person
Courtesy of Executive Director, Kathryn Stephanoff* we are pleased to have access to a 20-person private conference room on a trial basis--Third Tuesdays from March to September. This schedule can be extended for another period of time if all goes smoothly and without disruptions to normal library functions. I think we will be a positive asset!
There is plenty of free parking on and around the library property. We will have use of the conference room from 6:00 PM to close, which means 9:00 PM for Mar, Apr, May & Sept; and to 8:00 PM during summer hours of Jun, Jul & Aug.
Be prepared to participate and get involved in the discussions. If the energy is running high, as it usually does at our meetings, members may choose to continue the excitement afterward at The Allentown Brew Works, just a few blocks away.
The AGENDA for these meetings is still open. Watch this space, your emails and our message board for updates. PLEASE contribute your ideas and suggestions as to how we might best utilize this opportunity.
PLEASE NOTE - Space is strictly limited for this series. You do not need to commit to the entire series. You may RSVP for individual sessions as you are interested and able, however please provide a clear YES or NO RSVP for each session so that seating will be available for those who wish to attend and participate.
Stephanoff has served as president of the PTA at Lincoln Elementary School, spearheaded the organization of school libraries in the East Penn School District, and later established the Emmaus Public Library. She is a member of the American Library Association, has served as a Senior Member of the Pennsylvania Governor's Advisory Council for Library Development, and also served on the Federal Advisory Council for Library Services.
