Introduction

As writers eager to be published, we're all in the same shoes. That's if yours are high-heeled and red with ankle straps. A newly empty nest allows me to rekindle writing, but first I must pry open the rusty door that I shut twenty-five years ago.

What type of writing are you most interested in?

Creative non-fiction, essays, humor, memoirs, screenplays, fiction for children and emails to annoy my son at college.

What are you currently working on?

I have three books, one movie, and a column in the works. I'm wondering if I'll live long enough to finish any of them.
