Introduction: Hi! I've been trying very hard to finish writing my book but staying on track is a challenge. I recently moved to Dallas about 2 weeks ago from Washington and looking forward to meeting new writers in the area.
How would you like to grow as a writer?: I would like to become more intouch with my enviroment and peers.
Who is your favorite author? book?: As cliche' as it might be... the truth is Malcolm Gladwell. Favorite book is a tie between "The Assault on Reason" (Gore) and "Blink" (Gladwell).
What would you like out of a writing group?: I'd like a place where there is a free flowing dialogue of critiques but no hurt feelings.
What do you write?: Nonfiction. Usually opinion pieces about socio-political turmoil and personal life experiences.
