The Philadelphia Writers November Meetup

The meeting was well attended with about 25 people. We had a speaker for the first time. Gregg's discussion about publishing his new book went very well. His discussion about getting fiction to market was well done and the questions were good. The 4 submisisons afterwards for critique were all very good and I think the writers appeciated the feedback. If you haven't submitted yet, give it a try, you will be at the top of the list for the next month.

Hey Keith, once you come to the first meeting, you add your email address to the distribution list. Then for the next meeting, you get the works to be critiqued for the next meeting emailed to you. The works you saw were the works for critique for that meeting that members brought for discussion. As a new member you can also submit your own work. Being a new member you are on the top of the list to get reviewed the next meeting by the entire group.

At a previous meeting, I noted members discussing copies of chapters of published stuff and works-in-progress passed around and critiqued. What's the procedure for doing this?
