- Hello - my name is Janet and I am looking forward to being part of this meet-up group. I am not a published writer but am very interested in finding out more about writing creatively, and meeting new people with similar interests
- What book (fiction or non-fiction) continues to inspire you most?

I recently started reading historical fiction - Philippa Gregory tends to inspire me. I also enjoy James Patterson mysteries - I like his fast paced style of writing.
- Who influenced you most to write?

Over the years people have told me I write well - papers, yes. But creatively? That's where I have trouble. So - right now my mother, deceased in October, is my greatest influence.
