I am giving a free workshop this Sunday

Hi All!

Some of you may know about the new local Sisters in Crime shapter that has started up. I’ll be speaking there on Sunday (yes, Mother’s Day), giving my Anatomy of a Scene workshop. This workshop, for fiction writers, discusses what scenes must do, and how to help create scenes that do what they must.

It is at the Clark County library, on Flamingo, just east of Maryland, at 1 pm. It’s free, so come on down.

SinC is still a small group here in Vegas, but if, like me, you are also interested in mystery writing, Sisters in Crime is the closest thing mystery writers has to an RWA. (While nice in its way, MWA just doesn’t compare!)
